- Products that are damaged, or not in original condition are not eligible for return

- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you
- If approved, your refund will be processed
- Refunds are issued via Cash on Delivery adjustment or bank transfer (if applicable)
Non-Refundable Items
- Items damaged by misuse
- Products returned after 5 days
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost
Order Cancellation

- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
